The K.O.B restaurant (initials of Knowledge Of Beef) is a sophisticated steakhouse of mature meats, well in the style of Chef Olivier. The origin, the cut and the quality of the meat are key elements for a varied and organized letter by countries and time of maturation.
In an intimate, modern and sophisticated space, the menu offers a true journey into the world's leading origins of matured meat. With an average price of €50 per person, it is possible to taste from the national steaks "Black Angus" with 35 days of maturation, to the famous steak of the empty "Wagyu" from Japan and considered one of the best in the world. With the Executive Menu, always served at lunch during the week, we have the opportunity to try one of the meats matured for €15.
Also worthy of note is the wine list that promises perfect harmonization between the best meats and the best national and international nectars. For the less fond of the house specialty there are vegetarian and fish options.
