Epur, situated in Chiado, is the home of renowned French Chef Vincent Farges. Influenced by Portuguese, Asian, and French cuisine, the dishes show his passion for gastronomy. In 2019, the Michelin guide awarded the Epur with its first star.
On the one hand, the Essential Menu, only available for lunch, consists of the main course and a starter or dessert. On the other hand, the Epicurism Menu shows the creativity of Chef Vargues in all its splendour, in which the customer chooses how many moments he wants to use. The Full eight-moment Menu is only available for reservations.
Closed on Sundays and Mondays and open on the other days of the week between 12:30 and 15:00, and from 19:00 to 23:00. The average price per person is €100.
