Eneko Lisboa is the latest project by Chef Eneko Atxa, born in the Basque Country and honoured with six Michelin stars, one of them in the same space. In partnership with Penha Longa Resort, Eneko Lisboa combines industrial architecture with decorative pieces that provoke the senses.
Basque cuisine laid the foundations for creating two tasting menus, Erroak and Adarrak, comprising 10 and 12 moments, respectively. Without neglecting the quality of the gastronomic experience, Chef Eneko bets on sustainability, using locally produced seasonal ingredients.
The Eneko Lisboa is available for advanced reservations, between Tuesday and Saturday, only for dinners between 19:00 and 22:30. The average price per person is €120.
