In 2017, Lisbon hosted Chef Johnny Keep's new restaurant, specialising in traditional Japanese cuisine. The Unique Sushi Lab was born from the desire to recreate the hospitality and flavours of the Far East, fusing them with western cuisine.
The menu offers a variety of sushi, sashimi, nigiri options, and Chef Keep creations, including Dragon Maki, Vegan Lab, or Big Salmon, which are available, too. Advanced table reservations are recommended and you can make them on their website.
Unique Sushi Lab is closed on Sunday. On the other days of the week, it welcomes visitors between 12:00 and 14:30, and between 20:00 and 23:30. The average price per person is €45.
