The "100 Maneiras", located in Bairro Alto, is the new home of Chef Ljubomir Stanisic. The kitchen came by accident, after going through the war in Yugoslavia, his home country. Experience in renowned restaurants formed the man he is today. In 2011, he was catapulted to fame as a judge on the MasterChef Portugal programme.
Recently awarded a Michelin star, the "100 Maneiras" features the menus "The Story" and "The Tale", which represent Chef Stanisic's journey from Yugoslavia to Portugal, and the "Echoes of 100" menu, which is made up of signature vegetarian dishes.
Reservations must be made in advance, via phone or the website, and a credit card is requested as a guarantee. “100 Maneiras" closes only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and is available on the remaining days, between 7pm and 1am. The average price per person is 110€.
