The restaurant "Sála", in the heart of Lisbon, is the new space inaugurated by Chef João Sá. His passion for Portuguese cuisine has led him to travel and work with some big names in the Michelin guide, both in Portugal and Spain. In 2018, "Sála" opened its doors.
This Michelin-starred restaurant features three tasting menus: "Retrospective", "Discovery" and "Market". Each menu leads visitors on a journey through the flavours of Portugal, respecting the seasonality of each ingredient. The wines selected for pairing are exclusively Portuguese.
“Sála" is closed on Sundays and Mondays, for staff rest, and is open from Tuesday to Saturday, between 7 pm and 11 pm. Table reservation is mandatory and can be made by telephone or e-mail. The average price per person is 45€.
