In the restaurant “L’origine” the renowned Chef Chakall gives wings to his creativity, demonstrating the Italian ancestry. In this space, Italian cuisine is reinvented by the Argentinian chef, in which the pasta goes through a slow maturation process, between 32 and 72 hours.
Ingredients such as charcoal, beetroot or turmeric give it a unique hue and an unexpected and exotic flavour. For the more conservative, Chef Chakall presents the traditional Italian pasta recipe. The menu also includes typical Italian dishes such as bruchetta, tagliere and carpaccio.
“L’origine”, located in Parque das Nações, is open every day of the week, from 12 pm to 3 pm and from 7.30 pm to 11 pm. The average price is 20 euros per person.
