Situated in Rua Fernando Palha, Underdogs Gallery is a cultural platform in Lisbon, including a Gallery, Public Art, Editions and Projects linked to the universe of Contemporary Art. It works with several Portuguese and international artists, aiming at developing intimate relationships with them, with the public and with the city. It involves creating artistic opportunities, exhibiting established and emerging talents, and developing artwork in Lisbon - in the city with the city and to the city.
The gallery hosts several solo and group exhibitions and experimental projects exploring the contemporary urban-inspired visual culture throughout the year. It also helps in the making and accessibility of original editions sold in the shop.
It is worth exploring the Public Art Program, as it transforms the city's landscape and promotes art as an everyday experience. You may likely have heard about Vhils' murals, Fuel's tiles and Wasted Rita's famous quotes.
Open Tuesday to Saturday from 2 pm to 7 pm.
