Neighbours in Rome, Filippo and Riccardo, got together in Portugal to create “the real ice cream”, according to the original recipes of the Gelatai Romani. They started a space full of happy colours, geometric shapes and with a secret ingredient, the love of ice cream!
According to century-old recipes and techniques, the daily handmade ice creams and sorbets blend natural Italian and Portuguese products with no artificial colouring or preservatives. It will be served with a spatula and not the usual scoop This commitment reflects in the flavours, and there is a risk of addiction to After Eight, Mela Renetta and Canella, Castagna, Oreo or even Avocado! There are daily specials and seasonal flavours, but the originals are always available. The average price is €6/ 2 pax.
