A short distance from Miradouro da Graça, and less than 500 metres from S. Jorge Castle, it is possible to find the restaurant "A Taberna do Mar".
In this Lisbon space, traditional Portuguese cuisine meets fusion cuisine to create unique and unexpected dishes, in which fish and seafood are the main actors. The tasting menu features fish from the Portuguese coast, such as horse mackerel and sardines, associated with the flavours of Japanese, Mexican and Spanish cuisine.
With an average price of around 25 euros per person, it is possible to enjoy a 10-course menu. However, the à la carte menu gives visitors the freedom to choose their favourite dishes.
Advance table reservation is recommended and can be made by phone. "A Taberna do Mar" is available between Tuesday and Saturday, only for dinners, between 19h00 and 00h00.
